Fund Operations Associate

• Develop documented workflows, calendars, checklists and records for the proposed fund and management business.
• Coordinate formation and operational-readiness information with appointed legal, accounting, administration and other professional providers.
• Support diligence-document organisation, onboarding-process preparation and reporting templates within approved access controls.
• Maintain accurate expense, vendor and operational records, flagging gaps and exceptions promptly; this role does not confer authority to hold or move client assets.

• Relevant experience in fund operations, investment administration, finance operations, professional-services operations or a comparable detail-intensive role.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, reliable record-keeping and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Care with confidential information, practical process judgement and clear communication with colleagues and external specialists.
