Founder and investor relationships inform the questions Westminster asks about businesses. Programme preparation is not investment diligence. AI Founders Connect is a separate community initiative, not Westminster's fund or portfolio.

How relationships inform assessment
Repeated conversations reveal priorities, progress and responses to difficulty. Follow-up questions test adoption, distribution, implementation and financing. Westminster's proposed process separately requires commercial evidence, references, technical review and assessment of valuation, ownership and risk.
An introduction, follow-up, diligence process and completed investment are different outcomes. We record them separately. Relationships imply neither exclusive sourcing nor a measured investment advantage.
Westminster develops its investment strategy and stewardship arrangements. AI Founders Connect provides community and education. The related Westminster professional-services business has separate engagements and responsibilities. Participants are not automatically clients or portfolio companies; team roles do not imply investment authority. Information-sharing, conflicts and economic arrangements require express treatment.
