The proposed Delaware entities are Alderwick Fund I GP LLC (general partner) and Alderwick Fund I LP (investment fund), using Roman I. The GP and fund are not represented as formed; appointments, availability of the proposed names and applicable permissions remain to be verified before specific services or investment opportunities are made available.
