Investment Research Associate — AI / Venture Capital

• Research AI markets, business models, competitive landscapes and adoption patterns.
• Assess company economics, customer value, product differentiation and commercial risks.
• Prepare research notes, financial models, scenario analyses and due-diligence materials that distinguish evidence from assumptions.
• Support founder conversations and maintain organised research records; network participation must never be presented as a portfolio holding or investment commitment.

• Relevant experience in investment research, venture capital, financial analysis, strategy consulting or operating an analytical function in a technology business.
• Strong financial and commercial analysis, clear writing and confidence working with incomplete information.
• Genuine interest in AI businesses, intellectual honesty and a willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.

Our vacancies are full-time and New York-focused, with remote-first working, New York meetings as required and collaboration with London. We are building the operating model as well as the investment business. Priorities, responsibilities and practical working arrangements will be discussed through recruitment and set out in the eventual offer; the location does not imply a staffed New York office.
